How we think

It’s difficult and upsetting when our pets get old or sick or both and while we want you to have confidence in our clinical and surgical abilities, we also want to provide a friendly environment where you and your pet feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. We are rapidly building a reputation in the locality for doing exactly that.

We aim to offer a sensible, down to earth service for animals under our care. This might mean referral to the experts or providing a frank and honest opinion about what is best for your pet.

If at any time you feel we have not delivered the quality of service you expect from us, please contact us directly and ask to speak to a senior member of staff. We know how misunderstandings can develop and we would want you to discuss with us any concerns you have as soon as possible.
